TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern your access to michaelmetlock and set out the legal relationship between you, the visitor or customer, and michaelmetlock, an independent fashion studio operating under U.S. and E.U. trade names. By browsing, registering, or purchasing you accept every provision below. If any clause is unenforceable under your national law, the remainder survives in full force.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering contracts. Accounts registered by minors or automated scripts will be terminated without notice.

2. Account Duties

Keep your password confidential and log out after each session. Notify contact@michaelmetlock.top immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by shared credentials.

3. Product Presentation

Garments are shot in daylight and corrected for accuracy, yet dye lots, screen settings, and fabric texture can create minor deviations. Such differences do not constitute defects. Leather goods display natural markings that prove authenticity and are embraced as part of the design.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Inventory is allocated only after payment authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from obvious pricing errors, reseller bulk buys, or payment-gateway fraud alerts.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include no sales tax unless you ship to a U.S. address where we have nexus. European customers see VAT at checkout. Promotional codes must be entered before purchase; we do not apply discounts retroactively. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Charge-backs initiated without prior contact are treated as breach of contract and may lead to permanent account closure.

6. Intellectual Property

The michaelmetlock name, logos, product photography, and written content are protected worldwide. You receive a limited licence to view and print pages for personal shopping. Any commercial use, including resale photography or automated data extraction, terminates this licence and may expose you to statutory damages.

7. User Conduct

Do not upload viruses, launch scraping attacks, or post harassing content. We cooperate with law-enforcement agencies and will preserve server logs for investigation.

8. Third-Party Links

Occasional links to photographers, musicians, or partner boutiques are provided for inspiration. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, michaelmetlock limits total damages to the purchase price of the product that caused the harm. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits or emotional distress.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless michaelmetlock, its officers, and contractors from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of intellectual-property rights.

11. Governing Law & Forum

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in New York County. European consumers may also invoke mandatory protections of their home country.

12. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes take effect thirty days after posting. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
