SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide from fulfillment centers in Florida and Rotterdam. In-stock orders leave within two business days; pre-orders dispatch on the date shown on the product page. You will receive an email with tracking the moment the parcel is scanned.
Rates
Free standard shipping to the U.S., Canada, and Europe on orders above one hundred and twenty dollars. Below that, a flat rate of twelve dollars applies. Express two-day service costs twenty-five dollars. Customers in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia enjoy free delivery above one hundred and fifty dollars; otherwise the fee is twenty dollars. Remote-area surcharges appear at checkout.
Carriers
UPS, FedEx, DHL, and national postal partners. Delivery estimates begin once the parcel is collected, not at purchase.
Packaging
Garments are folded in acid-free tissue and slipped into recycled kraft mailers sealed with water-activated paper tape. Shoes travel in moulded pulp inserts that can be composted after use. Plastic is avoided except for a thin recyclable bag that protects suede from humidity.
Customs
International shipments may incur import duties based on destination regulations. These fees are your responsibility and are not collected at checkout. We declare accurate merchandise values and cannot mark parcels as gifts.
Lost Parcels
A shipment is deemed lost when tracking shows no movement for ten business days. We will resend or refund immediately, at your choice.
Address Changes
We can update the address before dispatch free of charge. After dispatch interception fees may apply and success is not guaranteed.
