REFUND POLICY

You have fourteen calendar days from delivery to decide. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with original hangtags, hygienic liners, and packaging. Footwear must be tried indoors on carpet; any scuff or sole mark voids eligibility. Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalised embossing are non-returnable.
Initiate the return through your account portal. Choose refund or exchange. We issue a prepaid label for U.S. and E.U. addresses; the cost is deducted from refunds elsewhere. Parcels must be collected by the carrier within seven days of label creation. Late returns may be accepted with a twenty percent restocking fee at our discretion.
Once the parcel reaches our Florida warehouse we inspect each piece. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent. Exchanges are treated as new orders; if the requested size is sold out we automatically process a refund instead.
Defective goods must be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery. Email contact@michaelmetlock.top with photographs. We will arrange free collection and offer repair, replacement, or full refund plus reasonable return postage. Normal wear and tear after thirty days is excluded.
